本研究通過肢體缺血再灌注損傷的動物實驗表明,阿加曲班可以有效改善肢體缺血再灌注后的血液流變學異常。分析原因主要有以下2點:(1)降低血漿P選擇素和ICAM1濃度,減少白細胞粘附,從而減輕全身炎性反應(yīng)。(2)直接滅活凝血酶(因子Ⅱa)的活性,避免進一步促進凝血作用的級聯(lián)反應(yīng),防止微血栓形成。綜上所述阿加曲班表現(xiàn)出對缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用。
